Analytics Dashboard¶
/c/[slug]/analytics is a community-wide overview that surfaces the health of your roster at a glance — member status mix, LOA load, disciplinary trends, and department breakdowns.
This is a staff-only page. Members don't see it.
What's on the page¶
Top-line metrics¶

| Total Members | Headcount across all statuses |
| Active Members | Currently serving (excludes LOA, terminated, suspended, inactive) |
| Active LOAs | How many people are out right now |
| Open Discipline | Disciplinary records still in effect (not expired or closed) |
| Applications In Flight | Submissions waiting on a decision |
Status mix¶
A pie chart of every member's current status: ACTIVE, INACTIVE, ON_LOA, TERMINATED, SUSPENDED. Hover a slice for exact counts.
Department breakdown¶
A horizontal bar per department showing:
- Member count
- Vacancy count (for slot-based / hybrid departments)
- Average activity hours per member over the last 30 days
LOA load over time¶
A line chart of active LOAs per day over the last 90 days. Useful for spotting upcoming coverage gaps.
Disciplinary trends¶
A stacked bar chart of disciplinary records per month, grouped by type (verbal, written, suspension, etc.). 12-month rolling window.
Activity contribution¶
A leaderboard of the top 10 most-active members in the last 30 days, with their hour totals and department.
Filters¶
Above the charts:
- Date range — 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or custom
- Department — scope every chart to a single department
Filters apply to every chart simultaneously.
Exporting¶
Click the Export button (top right) for a CSV of the underlying data behind any chart. Useful for sharing with leadership or pasting into your own reports.
Tips¶
- Watch the LOA load chart for clustering. If multiple members will be out on the same week, plan coverage now.
- Use the activity contribution leaderboard to recognize people. Combine with the Commendations system to award publicly.
- Filter by department for command-staff reviews. Hand each command staff a department-scoped dashboard URL.
