Reports¶
Track completion, overdue work, per-team rollups, individual transcripts, and quiz item analysis, and export any of it to CSV.
The Reports page (in the Compliance section of the sidebar) has five tabs. Org admins, authors, and instructors see all of them; managers see everything except Quizzes, and their data is scoped to their own team.
Reports is a feature flag
The Reports surface is gated by the reporting feature flag. Enterprise organizations have it on by default. See Settings and branding → Feature flags.
Date range¶
The Overview and Courses tabs accept an optional date range. Set From and To and click Apply to scope the figures to that window; click Clear to return to all-time. The Teams, Learners, and Quizzes tabs are not date-filtered.
Overview tab¶
A KPI summary of your whole organization:
- Learners
- Courses published
- Enrollments
- Completed
- Overdue
- Completion rate
Courses tab¶
One row per course with status, enrolled, completed, overdue, and completion rate. Click View on a course to open a drawer listing every enrolled learner with their status, due date, and completion date. Use Export CSV in that drawer to download the course's learner list.
Teams tab¶
One row per team with its manager, member count, and rolled-up enrolled / completed / overdue / completion-rate figures. This is the fastest way to compare team performance.
Learners tab¶
A directory of every learner with their enrolled, completed, in-progress, overdue, and program counts, plus last activity. Export CSV downloads the whole directory.
Click any learner to open their transcript drawer, which shows:
- Enrollments: every course with status, a progress bar, due date, completion date, and a Mandatory tag where relevant.
- Quiz attempts: each attempt's score, pass/fail result, and submission time.
- Programs: the learner's learning paths and their status.
Quizzes tab¶
Staff-only (org admin, author, instructor). One row per quiz with attempt count, average score, and pass rate. Click Items to open item analysis: a per-question breakdown showing how many people answered, how many got it right, and the correct-answer percentage, so you can spot questions that trip learners up. Questions awaiting manual grading are flagged with a count.
Exporting to CSV¶
CSV export is available on the Courses detail drawer and the Learners tab. Downloads reflect the current tab's data.
