Dashboard & Scans

The web admin at id.mypulsetech.com is where managers and admins review activity. Bouncers mostly use the scanner app, but can sign in to view recent scans and flags.

Dashboard

The landing page after sign-in shows your venue at a glance:

  • Today's numbers — scans today, scans this week, denials today, active flags.
  • Recent scans — the latest scans with a photo thumbnail, age, decision, and fake-ID verdict. Click any row for the full detail.

Scans

The Scans page is the full, searchable history:

  • Search by name or license number.
  • Filter by decision (Full / No Service / Manual Review / Deny) and date range.
  • Click a scan to open its detail.

Scan detail

Each scan record shows:

  • The front-of-ID photo at readable size (click to enlarge).
  • The parsed barcode data — name, DOB, calculated age, license number, issuer, expiration, address.
  • The fake-ID verdict with confidence and any field mismatches.
  • The decision and the reasons behind it.
  • The patron's history at your venue and any active flags.
  • A link to how to verify that state's ID (jumps to the ID Security Guide).
  • The manager override button, if the decision was a Deny.

Statistics (a manager+ view) summarize volume and decision breakdown over time.

Retention

Scans are automatically deleted after your retention window (default 30 days) — except scans tied to an active flag, which are kept. See Privacy & Compliance.
