Sharing Your Roster Externally¶
The Public Roster feature creates a publicly accessible page displaying your community's members without requiring login.
Overview¶
The public roster is useful for:
- Showcasing your community to potential recruits
- Providing verification of membership
- Sharing your organizational structure externally
- Embedding in external websites

Enabling Public Roster¶
Setup Steps¶
- Go to Settings > Public Roster
- Toggle Enable Public Roster to ON
- Configure visibility options
- Click Save
Your public roster URL will be displayed after enabling.

Choose which member information to display publicly.

Can I password-protect the public roster?¶
No, the public roster is either fully public or disabled. For restricted access, members should log in to view the internal roster.
How often does the public roster update?¶
Real-time. Changes to members, ranks, and departments appear immediately.
Can I customize the appearance?¶
The public roster uses your community's branding (name, logo) but follows the standard PulseRoster layout.
Will search engines index my public roster?¶
Yes, public roster pages can be indexed by search engines. If you prefer not to be indexed, keep the public roster disabled.
