Dashboard Overview¶
Your Community Command Center¶
The community dashboard (/c/your-community) is your central hub for monitoring and managing your community.
Quick Stats¶
The dashboard displays key metrics at a glance:

| Total Members | Active member count with status breakdown |
| Departments | Overview of all departments with member counts |
| Active LOAs | Members currently on leave |
| Recent Activity | Latest 30-day commendations and activity |
Required Reading¶
If there are documents marked as "Requires Acknowledgment" that you have not yet acknowledged, a Required Reading section appears on the dashboard with amber highlighting. Each entry links directly to the document so you can read and acknowledge it. This section disappears once all required documents have been acknowledged.

Staff-Only Sections¶
If you have staff permissions, you'll also see:
Pending LOA Requests¶
LOA requests awaiting approval. Click to review and approve/deny.
Active Disciplinary Records¶
Current disciplinary actions across the community.
Recent Audit Log¶
Recent changes made in the system, including: - Member updates - Rank changes - Department modifications - Settings changes

Member Status Overview¶
The dashboard shows member distribution by status:

| Active | Currently active members |
| On LOA | Members on approved leave |
| Inactive | Members marked as inactive |
| Suspended | Members with suspended access |
| Terminated | Former members |
Department Overview¶
Each department card shows: - Department name and abbreviation - Member count - Quick link to department roster
Activity Summary¶
The 30-day activity summary includes: - Total logged hours - Total patrols - Recent commendations awarded - Members with activity warnings
